Some say that real life traits are often portrayed by that individual's character in the rpg, but is there ever any truth behind these words?
Well, in my case anyhow, my character is first and foremost a female one, and I happen to be the opposite. However, i do suppose that i have had a somewhat attraction to the other gender, personally and to them in general. And again, my character is a female vampire, and my girl for real... well she does lead me to honestly believe at times that she has an odd addiction human blood, particularly mine. Another thing, well i absolutely cannot stand men who harm women, especially for no reason. Likewise, Seras ( my rpg character) is a highly abused little girl. Furthurmore, i do indeed enjoy human psychology and the mind. Seras, at some points in time, may be viewed as bizarre for her choices concerning her opinions toward the human race, specifically those that bring her harm. Often times she feels insecure, or may be seen as insane, and may be as well. Thus, a character such as her provides many opportunites to dwell upon the human mind. Well, for me anyhow. As to you guys, perhaps i may jsut be thinking too much eh?

I think that wether we may like it or not our characters do reflect ourselves in some ways. I know that I try to make my characters different but I have no doubt that if you look at two of my characters ou will see them acting the same way in many situations. Thi I have tried to change but I cannot. I find that they reflect how I feel inside at all times. For instince, usually if someone's in trouble my characters rush in to help. In real life if I see someone in trouble that's what I'd do. If one of my characters see's a friend i danger he'd give his life for them. another trait of mine. And fianlly, when someone is hurt or is sad all of my characters always try to comfort that one person. In my mind my cahracter is me... Only much better looking.

yes, i do agre entirely with what you say, especially wih the last words about better looking, but in my case for i do not know of what you look like. Then again, my character is a cute girl so it may seem strange for me then? Don't get me wrong, but there has been many instances in which i wondered what it would be like to be part of the female race, not that im a homosexual person in the least. By god no. However, i do envy women, and do ponder alot. And my character and myselfdo share yet another trait: we boht hav very low self esteem and always find ourselves looking up to people, not down upon them.

I agree with you both.
all of my characters, like Hindu gods, repersent one part of me. Morana is sorta my bad side, in other places, take Sekihotai for example, my character there, San is a very good young lady who is very protective and caring all the time. I'm alot like that in the real life. But all my characters no matter what they repersent all ways have a few traits; They would all ways give there life for a loved one or friend, and are good at heart(even if they do seem to hate everyone and everything around them).

Hey! I dont need glasses since I have perfect sight! And dont worry about playing a character of the other sex. I have a male character on one of my other sites. Lucian's really good fun to play since his of the opposite sex. *shrugs*

Lol, thanks Runa. You're right, it's stupid to judge people just by their looks. However! *takes out his journal and opens it up to January 12th* Read this.
Dear journal... why the hell do I write in this thing again? anyways that's beside the point. Today I tried to tell some uptight annoyance that was stuck up on her own good looks that it's not on the outside that makes you beautiful but what's on the inside. I then said 'On the outside you may look beautiful but on the inside you're a sea of shit. Me? On the outside I'm ugly but on the inside I'm... I'm... well Shit on the inside I'm pretty fuggin ugly.
lol ^_^.

*Sigh*... o sure, everyone honeslty says they believe the outside does not matter, but c'mon. since the dawn of time differences in people are always accented by looks. I mean, you can't possibly not care 100% about someone's looks, even if they are nice on the inside and u know that. Its what you see. You all talk as if you were blind folks. No offense, but you said so yoruself that you have better than normal eyes. O well, im not sayign anythign other than that looks do mean things, just not everything.

Well if you think about it we are bind on the net so we need to feel eachother out therefore only the inside matters at that point. if I wanted to I could never show you all my pic and you would be forced to merely think of how I look in your mind. Anyways I agree with you, looks always matter on some level wether we like to admit it or not.

*?!* ...o...k... may I ask, what in god's name was that all about just now?
commenting... hehe... please excuse me but... that orlando bloom guy, well he's a bit on the faggot/ homo side, not that that is a bad thing i mean cihchs are always ok with that it seems and hell im ok with everyone decidin for themselves. but as for harry potter, i must object. by all means no. absolutely not. even if he is a brit. Harry potter is the most retarded and childishly awkward book character ever created, and the movies are no exception. Now maybe if he didn't play harry potter and was jsut a normal person for a change, maybe then would he be ok.

Seras, just a little reminder. If you do not like something that someone else has posted and it isn't harming anyone then please keep quiet about it.
